 For over 20 years, our founder has put her heart and soul into meaningful work with a focus on changing lives and addressing social issues.  As a social worker, non-profit executive, and community volunteer, she developed a wide range of skills, knowledge, and strategies to benefit individuals, teams, charitable organizations, small businesses, and communities.

Drawing from an education in psychology and social work paired with extensive social service and small business experience, she developed strategies for success that she has been sharing and implementing with individuals and organizations throughout various communities.  To further the reach and make a greater impact, she launched HartSol Co. and engaged other experienced professionals to expand services.
 

From her origins in the charming town of Hart near Lake Michigan to venturing to sunny California,

HartSol Co. not only represents our founder's roots and love for the positive energy and warmth brought by the sun, or “sol”, but also her passion for infusing heart and soul into her work helping others achieve their goals.
